Hello Sir/Ma'm

I have a question please.

I arrived in UK on 28th June 2010 on tier 2 ICT and still continue on that visa with full time employment earning more than 40K per annum. I am working with the same company who has sponsored since 2010 and there is no change in my circumstance. I have not left UK for more than 40 days in each year for the last 6 years.

When am I eligible to apply for ILR ? Can I apply now ?

Can I switch to General visa now ? In case I switch would I be eligible for ILR ? If yes when ?
