PBS Dependents eligibility for ILR

I am going to apply ILR next year in March 2017 under TIER 1 category.

My question is regarding dependant.....My wife has applied her visa on 20th June 2012 but visa approved on 20th July 2012. And my wife came in UK on 19th of November 2012.

My QUESTION is......does she qualify with me for ILR under 2 years route or do I need to apply for her extension while filing MY ILR......

Would appreciate kind response.
