Benefit in Kind- acceptable evidence for ILR application

Dear Experts,

i am bit shortage of my basic pay for £35,000 but I drive a company car which can be used for my personal purposes ( fuel card) for £4,500/annnum. I would like to know , Is Benefit in tax kind tax can be shown as acceptable eveidance for ILR application?

I am in Tier 2 general and i can see from older post ( 2012 ) they had granted for ILR, Is still same situation?
