Sending updated supporting documents

Post by dimitrisln » Thu Jun 02, 2016 12:05 pm

Good day,

I am qualified person (working) in the UK and my wife (non-EEA) has received her COA so she was able to find work. We requested her passport back and they sent it back along with marriage certificate. My question is should we send these documents back also with her new work contract?

She is out of the country (HK) now training for the job to be in UK. Again, should I send the marriage certificate, the work contract, and my national ID back?

PS. should the RC arrive when she is out of the country, will it be possible for me to pick it up myself? Anyone had similar situation?

Really need some clarifications on this.

Rgds,
D
