Ilr postal application

Hi seniors/ experts,

I have applied for postal ilr set O on 18th april 2016,which was my last day of tier 1general and then i received a letter saying my photographs were one month old and asked me to send a new photos b4 13thmay to validate my appliaction. Unfortunately i have received the letter on 14th may and then sent the photos on the same day. Later two days i have received my whole application back saying that i havent sent the photographs on time and the application is invalid.

Hence i have re submitted a new application with new photographs and posted on 20th may and received biometrics today.

My query is, will there be any chancea of HO not to approve my application stating 28 days from the date of status expiry.. im really worried now. Has there any1 in same boat?????
