Praise God, finally my ILR is here, thank you to everyone on this forum for your support i am a silent reader here is my timeline

18/02/16 Posted SET O after 6 years discretionary no dependants
19/02/16 Arrived 7:10m
22/02/16 Payment taken
8/03/16 Received Biometrics request and acknowledgment letter
12/03/16 Biometrics done
Wasnt patient chased them up a few times, no emails
26/05/16 Premium Upgrade request (after Rooneys post) NO REPLY from H/O
31/05/16 Chased Premium upgrade request by email no reply very worried something wrong
2/06/16 Missed delivery Royal Mail and DX Sexcure(re arranged for next day)
3/06/16 Collected Original documents and BRP ILR letter and biometric dated 28/05/16 Yes a Saturday

Process was 3months 10 days

There was no need for me to worry, i was not being ignored they had already decided, Processed in Liverpool

What is that Premium Upgrade Request?

I have applied my ILR SET(O) through post and Bio-metrics was given on 20th May, waiting for the response.

Thanks for the information. Which category do you apply under? If it is tier 2, do you submit any absence from any previous employer?
I am not able to secure one from my previous employer who is not so helpful for any form of support.

No i applied after six years of discretionary leave but i had to
yes i still had to provide absences but i did not have many
