FLR(M) Solihull premium service - missing documents

Hey,

I have applied for FLR(M) for the first time in Solihull the premium service.
they have requested for an additional information which are:
Letter from my Spouse employee
My spouse's P60
Letter from My Spouse's children school confirming that he is dropping them regularly to the school.
confirmation letter from my university that I have been taught the course in the English language.
they allowed 10 calendar days for us to resubmit the documents.
we have visited them on 24th May 2016
I have sent the missing documents on 2nd June 2016.
I didn't get any feed back from them until now. Can you please help me? I dont have any email or contact number for them.
