Travel History for SET (LR)

I am going to apply for ILR on Long Residence basis. But, i need to give them my all travel history to show absences in UK. But, I lost my previous passports, and i have no travel records at all. What shell i do?

please help

As you have lost your passports, you need to make sure you have substantial documentation to prove your 10 years residence.
