Hi,
I am aware Tier 2 ICT long term visa holders no longer qualify for ILR and has to serve one year cool off once Visa is expired. However he/she can become a Tier 2/4 dependent if his/her circumstances allow. my question is when this person changes his visa status from Tier 2 ICT to TIer 2 general dependent would the years spent as Tier 2 ICT or ICT dependent would be counted towards ILR, I tried finding here {1}, but i could see anything related to this, what i have heard is that the clock will reset when you change from ICT to tier 2 general. could someone throw some light on it, it would be great if somebody can point me to the guidance stating this rule.
