ILR First tribunal aproved but HO appeal upper tribunal

Post by Tabaci11 » Wed Jun 08, 2016 8:28 pm

Hello,

Here are the details of my case:
I applied for ILR on the basis of 10 year long residency. My ILR was refused because I spent >180 days outside UK.

First tribunal : I made appeal application and my appeal has been dismissed under immigration rules but judge allowed my appeal under human rights acts Article 8. No anonymity direction is made.

Now, within 14 days Home Office asked for permission to appeal to Upper tribunal.

I dont know what will happen? How long they can take? If they reject the permission what will be next step HO will take?

If they take longer then can i withdraw appeal and re-introduce appeal when I received another visa?

Please guide me.......

Many thanks.
