Spouse visa curtailment

Post by Ilayda » Thu Jun 09, 2016 8:15 pm

Hi, my husbands spouse visa has been curtailed.for the 1.5 yrs we've been having problems and he had to move out, my two children from my first marriage didn't get on with him and he couldn't find work to support us and we was constantly fighting, he had to move out. We fell apart as the time past although we have a 2.5 year old daughter together and he hasn't stopped seeing her but our marriage fell a part. He has time until 02/08/2016 to leave the uk or make other arrangements to stay in uk. He dosent support me or our daughter but they are very much attached to eachother and I wouldn't like our daughter to grow up without seeing her father at all. My question is, his visa hasn't ran out yet, it runs out begging of 2017, if I write to the home office and explain the situation would the let him stay until his visa runs out? And he also needs time more than what they have given him to apply for parents visa, would appreciate very much if you could answer me asap, thank you

You say that your husband visa has been curtailed and he must leave the UK before 02/08/2016 and then say that his visa is still valid and has not ran out yet. I am confuse. How UKBA got to know about your break up? who informed them about break down of relationship? If your relationship ended then he either has to leave the UK or need to apply for a different visa to stay in the UK
