ILR requirements for PBS Dependant

Post by artiintell » Fri Jun 10, 2016 11:16 am

Hi, my wife holds a Tier 1 (General) Leave to remain visa. She started Tier 1 (General) rout in April 2011. This Jun (2016) she is eligible to apply for ILR. Our understanding is, for that she must complete a SET(O) application form and post it.

I have been granted with a PBS Dependant visa same time as she obtained Tier 1 (General) the first time (we applied together in April 2011). My understanding is that I can also apply for ILR with her and for that:

- we have to complete appropriate paragraphs (concerning dependants) in her SET(O) form;
- I have to send my LIUK test pass confirmation with her application;
- I have to send my CEFR Level B1.1 English test certificate (I took one in Trinity College in London);
- I have to send my bank statements and payslips for the last 3 month;
- I have to send documents proving cohabitation with my wife for the last 2 years (from 3 sources, not less than 2 documents from one source);

Could anyone suggest/confirm if my understanding is correct and whether I am not missing anything?

Many thanks in advance.
