Visa = urgent under the TUPE process

Post by ShaileshD » Fri Jun 10, 2016 12:23 pm

Hi Manci,

The link you provided is not valid any more.
I am in a similar situation. I am on Tier 2 General Visa and my employment will be transferred under TUPE to the new employer.
Can you please help me with the following queries:

1) What is the processing time for the new company to get the sponsorship licence?
2) As my employment will be transferred to the new company on 1st of July , the date when the new company will be formed, and they wont have sponsorship license ready on the date of transfer of the employment, is my visa still valid? Please note that the new employer would apply for the sponsorship license immediately after the new company is formed.
Appreciate your quick response with this.

Thanks,
Shailesh

I have split your post to its own topic. The topic you posted in was more than 3 years old, hence the UKBA link was outdated.
