Regarding 180 days out of country

i have a question regarding number of days absence

i went to india on 24 july 2012 and came back to uk on 21 jan 2013. these are my passport stamping dates.

Could you please tell me am i eligible for 10 years route ILR.

if not is there any other alternate for this
