Post by srin_1981 » Mon Jun 13, 2016 4:39 pm

Hello All
My ILR appointment due in 2 days, just need your eagle eyes help for checklist.

Applying ILR Based on Tier 2 5 year route,

(1) Tier 2 General Visa Valid from: 27-June-2011

(2) Date of initial entry into UK: 02-July-2011

(3) Changed Job and applied for Tier 2 General to switch employer on 16-Jan-2014
(4) Changed job for 2nd time and applied for Tier 2 General to switch employer on 19-Aug-2015 (new) leave to remain is valid until: 02-July-2017.

I was outside of the UK for 58 days (*Note: I have attached my reasons and evidence for days spent outside UK).

Year from to Total days Reason and Evidence

Year 5 16-June-16 - 26-June-15 0 days N/A
Year 4 25-June-15 - 26-June-14 21days Family visits Stamps in Passport
Year 3 25-June-14 - 26-June-13 0 days N/A
Year 2 25-June-13 - 26-June-12 37 days Family visit Stamp in passport
Year 1 26-June-12 - 27-June-11 0 days N/A

My job SOC code 2231 is currently under SHORTAGE OCCUPATION LIST. But still I have current required salary.

Dependents

(Spouse) (Son) lives with me in the UK since 27-June-2011 and holds a TIER 2 (GENERAL MIGRANT) DEPENDENT visa, which is valid until 16-Feb-2017. *I have not changed dependents visa to new employers (Hope this is fine)

SET O application with 2 recent photos of all 3 of us.

Documents with Main applicant name on it:

•Life in the UK Pass Certificate •SELT English B1 Level pass certificate •Employer Letter •Pay slips (6 No’s) • Halifax bank statement (6 Months) • Poll card • HMRC letter for Tax year 2009-2016 • Passport •BRP Card •Proof letters for absents

Documents with Dependant 1 (Spouse) name on it:

•Life in the UK Pass Certificate • SELT English B1 Level pass certificate • Marriage certificate • Poll card • Passport •BRP Card

Co-habitation documents provided with both Main applicant and Dependant name on it:

• Thames water bill (2 years) • Council tax bill (2-4years) • Gas & Electricity bill(1 year) •School communication documents(3 years).

Documents with Dependent 2 (Son) name on it:

• Birth Certificate • School Correspondents • Passport • BRP Card

Additional documents carrying with me just in case

P60 for 5 years (Main applicant)
Driving License (Main & dependent)
Education certificate (Main & Dependent)
IELTS Certificate(5 years old, still I used it Aug 2015 while I changed my employer)
NHS Card (Main & All dependents)( But not in current address)
Spouse (dependent 1) bank statement 3 months.
Spouse (dependent 1) Letter from HMRC employment history for 5 years.
Spouse (dependent 1) Tax summary for last 2 years
Credit card statement for Dependent
Rental Agreement
Job Offer letter
Mail copy explaining about dependents no need to apply every time main applicant changing employer (as I dint change my dependents visa when I changed employer) (from Home office via freedom of information)

Need some clarifications
1. Though I am on Tier 2 from June 2011, I was a HSMP Tier 1 dependent from April 2009 to till i get Tier 2 on 27/June/2011, do I need to submit any documents particularly absence related letter? my 5 years claiming period towards ILR is no way related to Tier 1.

Please let me know if I left something, particularly on cohabitation documents.

Thanks in adavance
