What are you submitting to show evidence of 2 years cohabitation?
Yes she can use her expire certificate if applying for extension. your answer is there in the link posted before but if you still have some doubts/hesitation then she can try to pass latest English test and submit thatSAMISPOUSAL wrote:ILR1980
Thank you for reply.. you are really great, superstar.
Because someone else here on this forum has advised completely the opposite can I now politely ask you ( and others) to please confirm that my understanding is correct as follows:
My wife does not need to take another Test, and instead use again the three years old IELTS cert.
My wife passed her IELTS (in India ) in November 2013 and it was accepted to GIVE ENTRY CLEARANCE spouse VISA and she is here in Uk. she is now due for FLRm application in NOVEMBER 2016. (Still on the same 5 years Visa track process.)
we can again USE THIS SAME three years old IELTS cert in Nov 2016 for the FLRm (the certificate is not deemed to be obsolete after two years ?)
British council has confirmed that that centre is still on the approved list;
IT MEETS the details mentioned on FLRm appln form page 42 note 3 last sentence ( SO IT DOES NOT MATTER THAT ITS 3 YEARS OLD)
polite comments and share your knowledge please
Thank you
Salary employment is where your working hours or salary is fixed each month/week and you have written contract prior to employment which tell you your gross annual salary or numbers of hours you must need to work. Non salaried is where you dont have fixed hours and your pay vary each months depend on number of hours you work each months. Zero hour contracts come under non salariednice111 wrote:Just confused, please help and oblige.
Me and My wife both are on zero hour contract. Do we fall under salaried or non-salaried employment?
Can someone also defines the difference between salaried and non-salaried employment?
Thanks

1. If zero hour comes under non-salaried then would it be enough to prove income by submitting 6 Months payslips, 6 Months bank statements and Employment contract?
2. Is it still category A?
3. If its cat A then where can we select salaried & non salaried as I am unable to find the option on the form?
4. Is it the correct form on the below link for FLR(M) Extension after 2.5 years initial leave?
https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... _04-16.pdf
5. Do you or anybody have any idea that how to find out FLR(M) Version 12/2013 initial application form?
Thanks again
cohabitation. noun. living together in the same residence, generally either as husband and wife or for an extended period of time as if the parties were married.SAMISPOUSAL wrote:CR001 wrote:Yes, you should provide employment letter/contract etc.

CR001
can we ask politely
why are you using the word COHABITATION ?
that word is loaded with specific legal meanings
is the OP in a legally married wedlock situation?
Thank you
Please don't continue you post your own questions in other member's threads. It's unfair to the OP and extremely confusing for everyone.SAMISPOUSAL wrote:LIVING TOGETHER information found
Thank you I have managed to find the LIVING TOGETHER information..
It is like this verbatim
Your relationship
Six items of correspondence addressed to you and your partner at the same address as
evidence that you have been LIVING TOGETHER since your last grant of leave in this category, or
from the date you first started LIVING TOGETHER up to a maximum of two years. See Note 11.
Nonsense. You are confusing this topic with the one in Tier 1 Ent (where you also posted) by another member who posted third party company details. In this thread, the link you posted did not work (error 404) so it was removed.SAMISPOUSAL wrote:i did give you the link here but the moderator deleted it

Yes she is still employed and getting paid every month, just didnt bother to apply for SMP or MA.Casa wrote:Is she still employed and being paid a salary by her current employer?
Thats fine, We are not worried about SMP or MA. My concern is UKVI, r they ok with that?Casa wrote:If she is still employed and receiving a full salary working from home, she wouldn't qualify for Maternity Allowance or SMP.
