Standard Visitor Visa Website Change for application

Hello

I have started https://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk to apply for family visitor visa suddenly yesterday it was showing in that website to use

https://www.gov.uk/apply-uk-visa?utm_so ... apply-visa

Not sure whether to continue same old application or do i need to apply on the new link provided.

Also in the list of documents it is mentioned that they dont need notarial certificates. Do we still need to provide English translated property document from India.

Any help would be appreciated.
