Limited company dividend vouchers - ILR

Hi every one
I am the owner of limited company and will be applying for ILR in 2 weeks time. Can I request experienced member to answer my queries please

1) What information will go in EARNINGS CLAIMED SECTION (Set (o) ,section A5, page 33). EITHER business profit figure or dividend voucher figure
2) What mandatory documents related to limited compnay and accounts should go along with application.

The reason for asking above queries that my prvious extension was on the basis of foreign income and documents were slightly different from limited compnay scenario
