can wife from other country

can wife from other country

Hi, a quick question on belaf of my frnd.

He is british citezen by naturalization and his wife has pakistani passport.Now a days his wife is working/student in Turkey. If he full fills all spouse visa req. can she apply spouse visa from turkey or she is bound to apply from home country (pakistan)

If she is legally resident in Turkey, she can apply from there.

yes she has a proper visa , so she is free to apply from turkey as long as she has valid visa
