EEAA Residence Card refused - Marriage of convenience - help

Hello guys, I need you to really help me. If you don't know or unsure I will request not to reply.
Well I have applied for my residence card in June 2015 in the UK . But my application was refused prior to an interview in January 2016. I was detained and removed back to my country. I have appealed against the decision. It has been already 4 months but no response from the court. I was wondering if it is possible to visit any European countries with my wife for holiday with our marriage certificate or to apply for temporary family visit permit in the Uk or any European countries?

My wife currently lives in the UK and exercises treaty rights.

It is killing us to live far away. I need advice honest advice from you guys.

For Europe (Schengen zone) apply for Schengen visit visa.
