Shall v apply UK Family permit on Stamp 4 or wait for 5yrcrd

Hi Gurus / Moderators,

I have a question based on present situation of referendum, my parents have Stamp 4 in Ireland and i have been living in Ireland for a year plus (have transferred my center of life etc) and my parents have been living in Ireland with me for 7 months. However genuinely things have changed and we will be required to move back to UK.

Based on present situations i.e. referendum etc shall we apply for UK family permit on Stamp 4 or will it be better for us to wait until 5 year decision which is due in August (after referendum)?
