01/09/2017 - Received call from MP - application is in final stages -

Sunday 03/09/2017 - received email for sheffield descision making centre stating application is in final processing stages and decision will be made soon.

online tracker checked- 5/9/17 - GWF number not recognised

UPDATE: 9/5 emailed again. MP contacted UKVI for an explanation. 15/8 UKVI claim that extra documents were requested which they did not receive - however neither myself or my lawyer received any request. It's extremely frustrating. All those waiting I sympathise as it's not easy.

It has been well over 60 days. Hoping for a positive response soon.

Lawyer got local MP involved: 31st july 2017

Still awaiting outcome. Online tracker shows GWF number still not recognised

Called Again today - 2/8. An extremely helpful advisor this time. Case has been escalated

Update: 9/8 received reply from email stating case has been escalated, although it was also escalated on 2/8. No response regarding mp involvement even though it has been 5 working days.
Not sure what is causing such delays. Online tracker still not recognising reference number.

Waiting for 60 working days to pass, so that I can follow up with UKVI. It is quite a painful wait, especially given that I have opted for the priority service.

Received an email asking to pay IHS fess for my 2 children : 07/06/2017
IHS paid for my 2 children and sent an email to them with IHS reference numbers : 08/06/2017

I called UKBA customer care and just asked for the reason for the delay and also mentioned to them its been more than 4 months : 27/07/2017

Case has been escalated and got an escalated email which says provide updates within 15 working days: 28/07/2017 (but no response from them within 15 working days)

I sent an email saying no response for the escalation : 22/08/2017

Still waiting almost 6 months.

Anyone has similar kind of issue, please let me know how? also any idea what is going is going to happen next.

05/09/2017 : got an email from vfsglobal saying "The processed visa application for GWF reference number - GWFXXXXXXXXXXX was received at the UK Visa Application Centre on 9/5/2017

06/09/2017 : Delivered.

finally thank god, got the visa for my wife and two sons. Good luck to every one.
