Called Again today - 2/8. An extremely helpful advisor this time. Case has been escalated
Not sure what is causing such delays. Online tracker still not recognising reference number.

Waiting for 60 working days to pass, so that I can follow up with UKVI. It is quite a painful wait, especially given that I have opted for the priority service.

Received email, saying application is not straight forward case : 05/6/2017
Received an email asking to pay IHS fess for my 2 children : 07/06/2017
IHS paid for my 2 children and sent an email to them with IHS reference numbers : 08/06/2017
I called UKBA customer care and just asked for the reason for the delay and also mentioned to them its been more than 4 months : 27/07/2017
Case has been escalated and got an escalated email which says provide updates within 15 working days: 28/07/2017 (but no response from them within 15 working days)
I sent an email saying no response for the escalation : 22/08/2017
Still waiting almost 6 months.
Anyone has similar kind of issue, please let me know how? also any idea what is going is going to happen next.
