Taiwanese (previously have Tier 4 and Tier 5 VISA, never overstayed. Got married before the VISA was due.)

Sponsor (spouse): Spanish, full-time employee with permanent contract in the UK for about 2.5 year)

I got married early July while my previous permit was due at the end of the same month (Tier 5 YMS). I was a bit worried about my legal status during the gap between that and having the EEA FM permit.

My employer had to terminate my contract (with conditional offer) after my visa was expired and insisted that they have to see the COA to have me back, so it was slightly stressful.

The HR actually ran the employee right to work check with HO and got the clarification that i can start working before I received the COA. Back to work now and just got the passport back today waiting for the BRP. All is good.
