I was on TIER 4 visa which expired 15th of August.

COA not received within 21 days after biometric so 19th of September I requested COA via email

COA received 27th of September (dated 23rd of September)

I missed my delivery of RC on 19th of October, so delivery rescheduled for 22nd of October.
