EEA family member.
1st application refused after 6 months on 8th March.
Reason: we didn't provide husbands passport, they ''didn't know " his passport is with HO since they tried to detained him. Now he has immigration bail.
2nd Application posted : 15th March

Biometric letter: still nothing
Our solicitor send an email to eurobiometrics and now complain to HO, but still no reply yet.
When he called them they said you can make a complain for biometric letter, after 6 WORKING weeks since you posted to them your application. :evil:
