FLR(m) - Where can i enter my non-salaried pay?

Post by JamalaNAM » Sat Jun 18, 2016 12:10 am

ok guys, i have no bloody clue.

so im filling out the FLR(m) and im filling out the financial requirements. My income is non-salaried and varies depending on the number of hours i do.

Here are my wages before tax.

May £3000
april £3000
march £3000
february £2000
january £1400
december £1400

if i use the calculation ( wages / 6 )*12 = £27,600 which is well above what i need.

Now the problem is i CANT find out where to write that on the form. There is a tick box for salaried employment but i can't see a tick box for non-salaried employment. how do i identify that my income is non-salaried?

you can find the flrm form if u look on google
https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j ... 7099,d.ZGg
please look at page 27 onwards.

and let me know where i put my non salaried income.
also do i need to get a letter from my employer to state im non- salaried?

CAT A cover boht salaried and non salaried employment

Tick income from salaried employment

then write Current annual salary £

Indicate which option you are relying on : Tick A

Ignore rest and fill 7.3A Income from salaried employment

and yes you need letter from employer stating the length of your employment, nature of your contract, your working hours/salary or average monthly salary from last 6 months if non salaried

Hey guys need help.

I am applying for my Wifes VISA and applying with SET(M) for Indefinite Leave to remain. FML.

I am a locum doctor, I work at several places;
1) Main hospital where i have been for > 12 months
2) with an Agency with whom i have been paid for 5 months of work.

Some months i work some months i dont. I work on an hourly basis and paid at a varying rate. Therefore, I fall under non-salaried employment.

Im worried because I dont want to overcomplicate my application. Preferably, I would like to show only one side of my work (hospital Locum bank - not my agency work). However, in the last six months i have worked less in job number one and more in job number 2.

The following are my before tax payments from job number 1:

14/12/2017 12727
18/01/2018 11484
25/01/2018 1749
22/02/2018 12519
01/03/2018 5785
08/03/2018 2670
15/03/2018 3280
29/03/2018 5110
12/04/2018 3659
19/04/2018 5412
26/04/2018 2469
24/05/2018 1280
07/06/2018 1225
02/08/2018 360
09/08/2018 504
16/08/2018 630
27/09/2018 1158
18/10/2018 3219
24/11/2018 1311

Total = 77051

Going on the above numbers, if only considering the last six months, my annualised salary from the average of the last six months = Calculation: ((1225 + 3776 +500 +360 + 504 +630 +1158 +3219 +1311)/6)x12 = 17,814

Which does not meet the requirement.

However, i am wondering, under cat B non-salaried - i have all my payslips from job 1 for the last 12 months so will they consider the whole 12 months or just the last 6 months ?

Maybe category B non-salaried person route better for you. For this purpose you must have earned at least £18600 during the last 12 months from date of application with the combination of regardless of jobs and secondly the average total of your last 6 months income must be at least £18600 per year. Remember the second bit of category B you can even meet by savings too.
