Hi,

My partner and I are in a relationship for over 5 years and we finally have decided to tie the knot. Here is the situation:
1)I have an Indian passport, UK Residence(Tier 2) and my partner has a Chinese passport(she also has a multiple entry valid UK tourist visa)
2)We would like to get married in the UK and after the ceremony she will return to her country and will come back on a tier 2 once her project is finished.

My questions:
1) Even after having the valid tourist visa does she need a marriage visitor visa?
2)If yes, what documents are required from my and her end?
3) What is the average processing time for marriage visitor visa?
