my name is ilyas, i am British citizen. i have recently married in Norway Oslo. i want to bring my wife here in uk to live with me, she is asylum seeker in Norway and her case was refused once before i married her. she took appeal and she is waiting a decision. i have registration papers with me for proof and i am working full time.

what steps do i need to go through to bring her here?

she doesnt have travel document because she is asylum seeker and they gave her reject once but she took appeal and she is waiting for response. i want to bring her here so we can live together vinny

I'm not sure how they will be able to process her application without an acceptable travel document. Moreover, her status is uncertain in Norway. This may also prevent her from applying in Norway.
