Tier 2 General Degree Certificate

Hello,
I am applying for Tier 2 General Visa out of country. I have booked an appointment for 24th.
I just realised that the English Degree Certificate needs to be verified by NARIC. Is it something that is mandatory? I have a certificated in English conforming the degree. Would appreciate any help from the forum.

what is english degree certificate.
if u mean that u have a letter which says your degree was taught in english, then yes u will need to get an assessment of naric.

What I mean is that the graduation degree that I have is in English and doesn't require translation. I have a batchelors degree from Mumbai university. I have applied for Uk visa twice previously(ICT) and got it without the need of going to uknaric. But the latest note o the points calculator website has confused me a bit.

Yes it's mandatory.

I think the VisasAndNationality service can also be used
