HY GUYS I M IN DETAION MY CASE IS VERY STRONG AS PER MY LAWYER (QC) I APPLY (JR) 8/6/2016 BUT I DONT KNOW HOW DOES IT WORK JR PEOCESS ANY BODAY HERE NOWS HOW EXACTLY WORK JR THANKS IN ADVANCE

Your lawyer should be explaining the process to you.

thanks for reply i haven't speak to my qc directly but his name is Name of solicitor removed by moderator

i release on bail yesterday but i got call from Eaton house that i have to bring my parent (surety ) with me when i go for reporting what is the region anybody have idea ?

i recive another decision from HO starting paragraph like this

'' A decision has been made following your application for Judicial Review that your clients previous application for further leave to remain submitted on 28 October 2015 which was refused on 22 March 2016 and certified as clearly unfounded under Section 94 of the Nationality, Imrrngration and Asylum Act 2002 restricting her right to appeal to an out of country right of appeal be withdrawn and reconsidered under paragraph 353 of the Immigration Rules.''

so we made jr application previously so we have to again jr or what we can do further for another decision

What is the difference between immigration judicial review in high court or upper tribunal??which case will usually heard in high court??my immigration judicial review is currently in high court
