Absence Record template

Hi Guys,

Can someone please share the absence record template for ILR application ? I am due to submit my ILR in July and not sure how to calculate my absences. I am on tier 1 General category since 2011 and my understanding is that I need to provide all the dates when I went out of UK and entered back in UK - please correct me if I am wrong. Also My husband is applying with me so do he need to submit separate application form or SET (O) IS USED FOR BOTH OF US ?

One form if your husband is your dependent.

You need to complete the absence table in the form for whoever is the main PBS visa holder. There is no 'absence template'. Most fill in the form and if they need more space, they use an extra sheet of paper as the guidance notes suggest.

You need to list ALL your absence, but you don't count the day of departure or the date or re-entry to calculate the number of days out of the UK. You only count WHOLE days out.
