MN1 application from India

Dear members,

Can you please help me, sorry if the question has been asked many times. Would like to get genuine opinion from senior members.

I recently received ILR on LR route on 24/04/2016, my daughter born in UK on 01/04/2015 before I got my ILR.

Daughter and wife went back to India on September 2015 and currently staying in India. Looking to bring them back to join me, since I got ILR thru LR and not Tier1 G route my wife's time spent in UK clock has reset to Zero to qualify for ILR.

So only option is to make “Apply to join family living permanently in the UK” for wife, but since my daughter was born in UK but currently in India, should I apply similar dependent application as my wife to come to UK and then apply for register as BC or can I apply MN1 from India?

If so, what is the procedure and documents required for it.

It will be great if anyone can share their experience if they done recently
