£18,600 per annum is financial requirement just for partner. £22,400 is financial requirement for partner and one kid. You will also need to pay IHS charges

I dont think you have read it because its all there how to calculate depend upon nature/length of your job.. Let me make it simple for you

CAT A (salaried)= Must be in job with at least 6 months or more. Take lowest salary that you have earned in last six month and multiply it with 12 to calculate your gross annual salary

CAT A(Non salaried) = Must be in job for 6 months or more. Add up all 6 months payslips , divide it by 6 and multiply it with 12 to calculate your gross annual salary

then you have CAT B if you are with employer for less than 6 months but will be earning £18.600 per annum and has also earned £18.600 in last 12 months

Now do your math

FLR M QUESTION

Post by sakib2000 » Wed Jun 22, 2016 11:20 am

Hi I have a question regarding my wife FLR M application. As i am preparing her application. Please help me with those question

I am working part time for a McDonald franchise from quite long time and getting around £175 per week currently.and getting paid every two weeks.Recently the the owner of the franchise sell his store to another franchise, and the change over will be end of this month .But the new franchise will keep all our benefit same as well as the job start date with the company will remain same.As i will apply for my wife in august What will be the financial requirement

1.Do i need to provide 6 month or 1 year of income as the company will remain same only the franchise will change?
2.Do i need any employment confirmation letter from my old franchise before the new owner start as i am applying for her in august.
3.As there payslip is online payslip what do i need to do to authenticate those payslip.

One more question on her employment. She start working from mid February and she is getting gross £1250 a month. And she get paid end of every month
4.On the payslip it said BACS and they pay her faster payment can it be any issue?
5.Because of the bank holiday she got april payment 06th of may and the payslip issued 30th of april and on the may payment she got paid on 30th of may and payslip issued 31st may they gave her payment 1 day before payslip isssue. Can it be any issue.
Please help me CR001,Viney,secret.simon,Casa to clarify this issue as an urgency.

Re: FLR M QUESTION

Post by sakib2000 » Thu Sep 01, 2016 10:27 am

Hi recently i applied for my wife on flr m on the premium service and that was refused due to financial requirement didnt met.As i got my ILR on first week on august and her visa was running out on 30th of august. So i went to premium service and that got refused and she got in country right of appeal for this decision.
She is working full time and i am working part time.As she started her job from mid February 2016.on the February she got half of her salary and march onward she got full salary so we showed them her earning feb-july and one year of mine. However they calculate it from the minimum on her salary which is half salary on feb*12 and come up with refusal on the same day.

As we didn't have enough time left for her VISA i have decided to apply FLR fp just before her visa expiry and and vary it to flr m when we meet the requirement.Actually we met the requirement on august 31st when she got paid.now my question is

1.As her visa runs out on 30th and we post document on 27th and they receive on 31st.When they will count the application date is this from the day of receive or the day of posting.
2.Can she continue her work as her employer is making issue and saying to give the acknowledgement unless they will not allow her to work.
3.When to vary her application after acknowledgement or after giving biometric
4.Did i do the right things with out appealing applied again need your opinion on this matter.

Please Please clarify this issue i will be greatfull to you.
