Applying for EEA PR (EU citizens) with British child

Post by osterdam » Wed Jun 22, 2016 2:10 pm

Hi, perhaps someone can advise/answer:

1. We are a family from EU country willing to apply for a permanent residency (and later for UK citizenship).
1. we have been here in the UK since 2008 continuously working (got all p60s, tendency agreements, 50 letters confirming address, WRS, etc
2.we also have been given some benefits (but never working benefit) for example: child benefit or housing benefit recently.
3. we have 2 children - 1st: included in the application as a EU citizen and second one: UK citizen.

Questions:
A: Can the benefits we have claimed give any negative impact on the application? - even if the main applicant has been working all the time
B: Can UK citizenship of 1 year old child give any positive impact on the application?
C: How long on average (or in majority of cases) is the processing time?

Thanks in advance

Martin
