It will certainly affect the employment bit for the purpose of extension, but not straight away, only once rules change and new guidance are published by the HO.

One pool of minimum wage labour for certain sectors may dry up.

The body is still warm but we are already talking inheritance here
I say , there will be probably some sort of arrangements for EEA citizens working here to stay if they wish.
Please wait for HO to announce things officially in the coming months. The rules on freedom of movement and work will be negotiated in the upcoming months as the UK officially prepares to leave the EU. This process could take up to 2 years to be completed, however expect the immigration to be one of the first things to be discussed.

My guess is no more self employed status or minimum wage employment for eu migrants.
Same rules for them.
Minimum wage threshold.
Minimum investment etc
But this is just a guess and only time will tell.
But any change will definitely effect them and us.

I personally think, once the new PM comes in, he is going to tighten the immigration rules to bring the net immigration below 100K. So, they might be tightening the criterion. Definitely for Europeans but Rest of World may also face a bit of heat!!! It should not affect T1E as its in the favor of UK Economy.
