Hello
I m having soggoirno study permit of italy and for last 2 months im in france(other schengen country if i just go back italy for a week and comes back will i get more 90 days or just one month

Your whole period in the Schengen area shouldn't be more than the permitted limit. Both Italy and Spain are part of the Schengen area.

I guess you have a longstay visa as student due to national law in Italy.
The schengen impact of a longstay visa is 90 days in a 180 days period visafree.
The 180 days period doesn't change if you cross borders.
