Using same CoS for different client (Same Employer) ICT

Hi

I've been in UK since April 2015 and employed by an Indian company to work for client 'A' on Tier 2 ICT Long term (24 months), now my assignment is getting over with Client 'A' (within 15 months).

My employer is willing to offer me same role for different Client 'B'.

My question is - Do I need to change any thing in CoS or any thing else with Visa?

Is there any impact to my visa if I change the client (while having the same employer).

If this is a bona fide consultancy you work for the Indian Company, doesn't matter for which of their clients you are working with.

Does sound suspiciously like one of those illegal contracting umbrellas, can you elucidate?

@wanderer - OP is on ICT, so employed by a company in India but working in the UK for the client.
