I came by student visa in sep 2009 and finished my degree in 2010

Tier 1 entrepreneur 2013-2016

No, you don't qualify for ILR yet. There is no '7 year' route.

You either need 5 years as Tier 1 Ent or 10 years combing the different visa categories.

The earliest you will qualify, is 2018 based on Tier 1 Ent and you meet ALL the requirements. Why do you think you might qualify earlier?
