Zambrano but COA not received

Hi,
I have an important question about our derivative residence card application and i will be happy if anyone here can help me.
My family (wife and son included) submitted a Zambrano application two months ago and two weeks ago, the home office sent certificate of application to my wife and eight year old son but did not send to me. I have written to them but they still have not responded. Is there anyone here who have had similar experience or perhaps know what is happening? I really need your advice people, because i don't understand why they will send a certificate to my underage son and not to me who really need the letter to get back to work.
