Brazilian/Italian applying for PR

Post by uknando » Tue Jun 28, 2016 9:30 am

I first arrived in UK as a Brazilian student in 2001 and acquired Italian Citizenship in 2005. For applying for PR using the form EEA (PR) do I need to list my activities and period of absences since 2001 or just last 5 years as qualifying period?
Thanks

It depends over which period you have been a qualified person, continuously exercising treaty rights, and with any absences within limits.
When was that?
