ILR eligibility date

Can someone suggest when am I eligible for ILR please?

Tier1 Visa approved: 27-07-2009
Entered into UK : 10-8-2009(Stayed 4 days and went back to home country)

Re-entered to UK to settle 19-02-2012

Holidays from 17-07-2013 to 15-08-2013 - 29 day

Holidays from 21-11-2014 to 31-12-2014 - 40 days

Holidays from 10-05-2016 to 25-06-2016 - 46 days

No. The break between 2009 and 2012 when you re-entered is too big.

You will only qualify for ILR in Feb 2017.

OP returned to UK in September 2011, so for the purpose of his (PBS) settlement application the period of absence is from 22-Apr-11 to (one day before the date of return in) September 2011 ..... even though he was "physically" absent from UK since Feb. 2010.

Does it mean if I adjust 180 days of absences (from UK) in a 12 month period can I eligible 20th Sept ?

i think u can apply anytime after sept 2016, as u can limit your 180 days absence in first year to less than that figure.
