My tier 1 GE expires on 23rd Nov. How early can I apply to switch to Tier 1 E?

Hello Ali272,

you can apply when ever you are ready but U will loose some period for 5yrs ILR, home office suggesting applicants to apply just before 30days of your current visa period ends.

He is on tier 1 GE still need tier 1 E

You can apply as soon as you satisfied all the requirements of the switch to Tier 1E

Yes. You want to switch to Tier 1E, so if you satisfied all the conditions then you can apply now
