hi guys i have been reading stories about FLR FP in this forum if any body have same case as mine plz let me know...i came as a student in october 2011 visa got expired april 2013 i tried few times to extend my student visa but got refused because college got revoked applied 2 times both colleges licence got revoked
then i decided to no to do anything about visa ( which was worst decision ) stayed overtayor
i met my british partner 22/01/2014 after few months i applied for Flr fp which was refused because not staying together..i couldn,t get married here because not having passport with me HO never sent me back
so i had to choos proxy marriage option..being muslim i was able to get married over video call connected back home( Pakistan ) in few weeks after that i received marriage cirtificate from Govt of Pakistan
once again i applied for Flr fp but got refusel after few months stating that( we don,t accept this marriage and we were not staying togther for 2 years and don,t have any child)
meanwhile my partner got pragnant ..my solicitor advised me to waite until baby comes,,in september 2016 God gave me beautiful baby girl who got British passport straitaway in few weeks
i applied for Flr fp 3rd time with my partner,s and child,s British passports and over 2 years cohabitaion evidence aswell
