Chase up letter sent in Dec 2017 no reply for letter .
Called in office standard reply same day in FEB 2018 . Called again April 2018 standard reply your case not decided complex etc.
Today received reply from home office .
Decided . In country right appeal .
Refused said all family Pakistani and can move together and for child best interest with family as well they didn’t even consider my child language therapy . My child got Language and speak problem .
Now lodging appeal I don’t know how long it will take for appeal . I am hoping for positive in appeal
Waited over 14 month not good out come .

Her visa was expiring during this period so I had to request an extension. I called the Home Office helpline number and they suggested to apply under FLR (HRO) category.
