Letter from employer confirms that you are still employed and that your role is what is stated. It sort of demonstrates that your employment will be ongoing.
If your monthly income has varied at all your calculation will be based on your lowest wage slip multiplied by 12. The requirement is 18,600 per annum. I assume you are in salaried employment rather than non-salaried?
I would also include your original contract of employment.
You need payslips covering the 6 months prior to application (last one no more than 28 days before application). These need to be originals not scanned copies or printed copies. If you cannot provide originals you need to also include a letter from your employer stating these are authentic and accurate.
You need 6 months bank statements that tie in with the payslips and show that you received the money detailed in the pay slip. These need to be original documents, if they are copies printed from online statements the bank needs to stamp and sign these as proof they are genuine.
I assume you know the requirements for proving you are in satisfactory accommodation and in a subsisting relationship?
If I could offer you only one tip for the future, sunscreen would be it, the long-term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by scientists
