ILR LR and Wife Dependent Options

Post by chirokang » Fri Jul 01, 2016 6:30 pm

Hi, please could anyone give me some advice on my wife visa application which is very complicating to me.

I am going to apply for ILR through 10year long residence in August 2016. Hopefully after my successful ILR visa application:

Firstly, I would like to know whether the 2 year route rule before 9th July 2009 can apply to my wife.

My Wife was granted with my student depndent visa for about 4years from April 2009 to November 2013.

With my student dependant visa Simply Her time lines were:

She was IN UK With me : May 2009- December 2010
She was OUT of UK: Dec 2010- July 2011
She was IN UK With ME: July 2011- April 2013
She was OUT of UK: April 2013 - April 2015

Eventually, With my Tier 1 Entrepreneur dependent visa (valid from January 2015 to October 2016, her current visa):

She came back to UK and has been IN UK With me since April 2015.

I have been trying hard to find out the answer but for me it is so complicating. Please help me.

Thanks a lot for reading.
