Tier 2 ICT Extension Application - Various Queries

Post by smb2015 » Sat Jul 02, 2016 8:50 pm

Hello,

I'm filling the online visa form and I need to select my visa type. On my Passport the Visa type is mentioned as "Tier 2 ICT Long term staff migrant".
But when filling the online for I'm getting following 2 options and I'm not sure which one is correct -
1. Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer Long Term Staff Leave to remain"
2. Intra-Company Transfer work permit holder

I think #1 is relevant but not sure, can someone please confirm ?

Should I correct CoS for minor mistake

Post by smb2015 » Sat Jul 02, 2016 9:19 pm

Hello,

In my CoS there is a typo/mistake for current address. I'm currently in UK and the current address in CoS is exactly the same (including postcode and house number) except for the country field. Instead of UK, my mistake they have mentioned my home country. Should I get this corrected or the UK Home office will understand this typo ?

If I get it corrected, will the CoS number change in the new corrected CoS ?

It is a Saturday night, we have families. When someone is online who can answer your question regarding the CoS error, I am they will. Stand by.

p.s. please keep all your questions on the same application in a single topic/thread (I merged the two topics).

Tier 2 - Various Queries - Please advise

Post by smb2015 » Sun Jul 03, 2016 7:22 pm

Hello,

After submitting your application for Tier 2 visa extension using normal service is it possible to switch the same application to priority service by paying 400 pound extra. For ex. if I submit application using normal service and after 10-15 days i realize it is taking time, can i then pay 400 pounds extra and switch to priority service ?
