I sent my PR application almost 4 months ago and I don't expect to receive an answer before the 6-month mark
And I am not 100% sure the answer will be positive. If I am refused and I ask for reconsideration or I appeal or reapply, it will take even longer.That being said, in the meantime can I apply for a registration certificate (using form QP)? The reason being that at the moment I need some sort of official evidence from the UK authorities that I am resident here. It may still take 2-3 months to get an answer from them, but at least know that the answer will be positive.
Would this cause issues or confusion?
