Hi everyone
I am in process of applying for my dependent husband who works full time. We moved to UK in 2010 and received two extensions. I received my ILR in November 2015.
As per my understanding there is no maintenance requirement.
Please confirm whether we need to show any of proof of finances because the 2year and 5 year route does not apply to my husband as it came much after we arrived in UK. Also confirm which application form to use for his application .
Thanks in advance

What is his current visa status?
How long has he been in the UK on that visa status?
What exactly are you/he now applying for?

I have edited y our subject as what you stated as 'ILR Dependent' is a spouse visa on FLR(M) and not ILR.

Thanks for that I have reviewed the guidance notes but I am still confused on proof of finances. It would be helpful that you clarify. Could you also provide confirmation on which sections of set o does my husband need to complete

I thought set(m) is required for my husband as I am settled in uk now because I got my ILR last year November.
I would appreciate quick response as I have no idea about proof of income or maintenance funds. Didn't realise this is applicable to him ?
Thanks

Just read on gov.uk that complete set(o) unless extended permission using form FLR(m) if you have you should apply using firm set(m).
He applied for 2 extensions once in jan2012 and second in Jan 2014.

Link where I found the info and it doesn't talk about any proof of finance or maintenance either.
Any urgent response would be highly apprecated

I have completed form set(o) for my husband but I have another query and if someone can please respond quickly it would be much appreciated as I didn't find the answer on other posts.
For section 5 home and finances I have included his share of rental pay,net including his salary after tax so do we submit his salary slips and bank statement or would my bank statements for past 3-6 months be sufficient ???
Other documents submitting are:
His passports and BRP
My passport and Ilr evidence
My bank statements 6 months
SELT certificate
Cohabitation docs
