denyed benefits

Post by carolinegreig » Mon Jul 04, 2016 5:28 pm

I am a French national who has been residing in the UK for 26 years.worked in London for 12 years and Edinburgh for 3 years before getting married to a Scotsman and we had 3 kids.now, separated I am trying to claim jsa and housing benefits and dwp has been denying me any rights since November 2015.Could anyone suggest why or maybe advise me what to do? I have written a letter to RRS to retrieve employment history but I still need housing benefit paid for where I live.If you have any suggestions, I am honestly open to any advice.
Thanks
Caroline
